Due on August 12,2011 (Checks made out to Blake Band Boosters)
- $30 Shoes (Only for students that need them. Shoes will not be issued until this is paid. If you already own shoes, please try them on before band camp to make sure they still fit.)
Due on September 2, 2011 (Checks made out to Blake HS)
- $37.45 To rent the Marching Uniform Only
- $42.80 To rent a school instrument if needed for the school year. This is a one time expense no matter how many school instruments you use.
Due on September 30, 2011 (Checks made out to Blake Band Boosters)
- $200 Marching Band Expenses (Band Camp/T-SHirt/adjuncts/ transportation/ Meals for football game night, and equipment) ALL MYJ & STING MEMBERS
- $50 Students NOT doing marching band. This is for exempted students that have filled out the correct exemption form.
Due on October 15, 2011 (Checks made out to Blake Band Boosters)
- $30 Rental of concert Uniform (cannot go home) for both Guys and Girls. If you rent a tuxedo you will have to purchase your own shirt, bow tie and cumberbund.
Or
-$125 For Guys to buy Tuxedo – includes – Jacket, pants, shirt, bow tie and cumberbund.
-$75 For Girls to purchase Dress
